What benefits do I get as a Hair Gain Member?
As a Hair Gain Member, you enjoy exclusive pricing, free delivery, special gifts with each purchase, first access to new products, expert advice, and automatic entry into competitions and prize draws.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, if you find you have enough product on hand, you can pause your subscription for up to three months. During this pause, you won't be billed. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period, or when you decide to restart it.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription within 14 days for any reason.
If you wish to cancel after the initial 14 days, please notify us. Send a clear message to our Customer Services team at enquiries@hairgainnow.com, or write us a letter and send it to our postal address. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.

What happens after I cancel my subscription?
After you cancel your subscription:
- We will refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs.
- If you opted for a more expensive delivery method, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
- If there's any damage or excessive handling of the items on your part, we might reduce the refund amount.
- We'll process your refund quickly, within 14 days. This could be from the day we get the items back, the day you show us proof of sending them back, or if no items were sent, from the day you tell us you want to cancel.
